Being scared after watching scary movie doesn’t necessarily mean you have paranoia and even if you suffer from paranoia, you might not need to be in the hospital Yes mental health is an issue. But it doesn’t always warrant hospital stay. Person might be better off calling their doctor, seeing their GP, message their therapist, call their psych etc and see what they say first |

It was ok last night. I thought about it once or twice then I distracted myself. I’ll talk about it in therapy tomorrow. I think maybe I just didn’t want to be alone at night instead of actually in the ER and I knew the ER was filled with people and bright lights.

It might have been. I found out I’ve been taking 60mg of Geodon instead of 80. Which was probably the cause of all my issues this week. I feel fine now that I’m back on the 80mg.
My mom claims that didn’t happen. But I feel a difference today. But I did go back on my Wegovy this morning. Last edited by Mountaindewed; May 16, 2026 at 10:56 AM. |
