Losing friends. My penpal of 30 years has said my emails are too much for him and we should take a break from writing each other. This was my reply:
mania makes you lose friends. I am sick. Please realize it’s the sickness not me as a person. Things will get straightened out but you now know what bipolar can look like. Love you. Understand that I’m getting help and I never went off my medication.

Saw pnurse practitioner. She says I’m stable but still have TD. She refilled the higher dose of gabapentin along with my other meds. I think I’d been skipping my Vraylar for a month! Oops! But I’ve got it in a bottle now.
