It is the first "hot" day this year and I feel like I'm dying (and it's literally only maybeee touching 80F which I'm sure isn't even hot by most of y'all's standards but keep in mind I'm still seeing "chance of snow showers" in the forecast when I look at where I want to hike next nearly every day and I'm used to and built for THAT.
I don't remember it being this bad forever ago (last year I wasn't well but I think I kept saying "I'm balls deep in an eating disorder of course I'm miserable" and just kept pushing myself) but I am just so lightheaded and blahhh despite generally eating well and I did have a UTI but I was feeling better yesterday and this morning until it got hot. Maybe I'm not really used to being med compliant so I'm not used to experiencing the heat sensitivity to this extreme? How do you guys do it? I get pissed at things that make me physically weak for no reason and heat just makes me understand why crime rates and drug use increases so much in summer.

Oh nevermind about my own not feeling well today, I remembered (so many days into it) I am actually not supposed to take sulfa-drugs because they make me so dizzy and my antibiotic is sulfamethoxazole so there we go.

My mom is so annoying about the AC being on. I’ll be sweating really bad and she’ll be like it’s fine. Yet if my brother got hot….
