Horrible night. Sounded like I was at a party- a hundred voices all at once! Writing emails that make no sense this morning. Tossed and turned. Hypnopompic hallucinations. No SI or HI. After hours staff is calling at 3:00 to check on me. I hate this! Listening to Bach choral music. My favorite coping mechanism. It hijacks the voices. Please understand that I am working hard at ending this stupid bipolar episode! I feel vulnerable. Well the music and chatting with my dear friend is helping. I hear singing- not a room full of people talking! I was up all night writing emails that make no sense. The person I wrote them to probably got scared off!

When I was psychotic I sent 65 emails in a 2 hour period to a person that made absolutely no sense. I’m still embarrassed by it but that was many years ago. I’ve since moved on.

The psychosis was back for hours- like a radio not tuned in all the way with talking and music. My friend just listened to me and the voices finally went away!

My Pdoc might try me out on a trial size of Cobenfy. I have tried and failed all others except Vraylar but I’m maxed out on that. I’m very tough to medicate! Luckily I see her in 3 days.

No cobenfy! I’ve had urinary retention with and without meds. Not wearing a catheter for another week straight!
Yes, urinary retention can occur even with a trial dose of Cobenfy (xanomeline and trospium chloride). The medication carries a risk of urinary retention across any dosage. It is strictly contraindicated in anyone with pre-existing urinary retention.

Sent a video of a 13-year-old boy singing True Colors to S. I thought it fit him and me the last few weeks but he hasn’t listened to it.

Read cobenfy’s site.
 I have so many contraindications!! For one thing, my liver enzymes would go up even more! Oh my liver dr would be in pieces over THAT! Anyway, I read the whole site with my friend and laughed and laughed! Oh! Urinary retention is one! I’ve had that 4 times. Ya think?? That was just entertainment right there! I have kidney issues. It’s contraindicated for this! It can also CAUSE hallucinations!! What the actual ****?? It causes what you’re trying to treat??? I’m done!
