Interesting! But I had side effects so they hauled me off Wegovy.

Makes sense. "Food noise" is a kind of mania, or obsession. Ive said it is more of a head drug than a body drug, if you can separate the two. Like welbutrin or topamax. Maybe this will make them take a side effect of weight gain more seriously.

Additionally, it could be that people became healthier overall, started being physically active now that they lived in smaller, nimbler bodies, and that contributed to their mental wellness.
At any rate, pretty fascinating stuff. I have seen many headlines about GLP-1s leading to better health outcomes above and beyond what weight loss itself could have caused, but with mental wellness, that is the first one.
