So how is your mood??

Are you HIGH, LOW or in MIDDLE???


Today, I am just hanging out in the middle - it has been an emotionally charged week, and they definitely ran high, but things have settled.

How are you feeling today??

I'm in the middle. Feel stable. Tired though from my meds
