Bipolar forum post 091726

I am starting over. This time I will save my post to Word.

Huge victory. Many of you know that I have struggled for years with extreme instantaneous imitability and screaming. This week, 5 of the past 6 days have been free of that. The fourth day, I only had a brief scream, and the irritability didn’t last.

I have a great therapist, a great psych NP, a health care representative, friends/family who are supportive, a wonderful spiritual guide, and I pray/meditate daily and throughout the day. I take my meds as prescribed, and added Abilify 2 mg in the morning last week.

These have all come together now. My goal is 8 days. And my other goal is to continue to use the tool/s, routine/s that work to help this problem, and that’s they continue to support me.

If this post gives any of you hope, I can only say, Never Give Up. And as for myself, prayer is the big solution. If one prays sincerely and from the heart, and learn to be grateful for even the tiniest blessing, things get better and better.
