Dear friends,
I am 84 years of age. I have had major depression, and mood swings since I was three. I have wanted to die, all my life, up till now. In May of this year, I was pushed into the suicide plan I had planned and “perfected” for years.
Possible trigger:
That was four months ago, and I am only now nearly over the pain of the broken hip. ![]() Since then, things have gotten better and better for me. I no longer want to die. I n o longer have suicidal plans, although when I had major anger last week,

I have struggled my whole live against depression and anger. I believe that I am well on the road to recover. If you are a prayerful person, please join me in praying for myself, for all of you here, and for any and all persons and matters that need us.
