I’m going to my mom in law for lunch. Can’t say I particularly feel like it but it was her birthday this week. I will stop off and get her flowers along the way.

I woke up in a good mood. Then I pulled a back muscle getting up. For breakfast I had 4 Milano cookies and got terrible heartburn. I took all of my stomach meds hoping to feel better. I’m tired of not feeling good. I should’ve eaten the cookies but daughter brought home 10 boxes of cookies from work. She makes Pepperidge Farm cookies, goldfish crackers, and sourdough bread. It’s so tempting.

Ah I’m sorry Gary. I’d be eating them too, those are the best cookies. My favorite always changes, right now it’s the chessman cookies.

Had birthday lunch with my mom (her bday) down in Massachusetts today. Had a bit of a panic attack when we got there from urinary symptoms but got things straightened out by the time we ate. Good food. Ate trigger food so I expect to not feel too great. Picked up some CBD+ oil while in the area and it helps a lot. My pdoc was glad yesterday that I’m steering towards stuff with higher CBD and other CB- Terpenes/lower THC and not planning on smoking anything once I finish off what I have. Gonna pack, change, charge my phone, and head back up north. Want to get some kitty cuddles first though

So I’ve put up a few decorations already for Christmas and I’m not one bit sorry. It brings me joy so be it. My son hung the personalised stockings under the television set. I won’t put up the tree for another 2/3 weeks. And all the Christmas ornaments in boxes.

I’m convinced my mother likes my sister better than me. She never asks where she’s going, why, why not do this or that instead…. The doxepin made me sleepy most of the day. Two hours till med/bed time. N3 is studying. We’re suppos d to get together tomorrow. I miss having a friend to talk to on the phone before bed. In fact, I’ve lost two friends in the last 4 months. One blocked me and one promised to get back to talking with me soon- back in August!

Hey guys!! Thank you so much @BlueBird94 - I am so sorry you're having so much trouble with your payee - they absolutely are supposed to paying your bills on time! @Nammu I am sorry you are still under the weather, but I am glad those temps are coming down!! I am enjoying these 60-degree days so much, and the leaves are finally turning!! YAY!! This time change messed me up big time - it's getting darker too early! So glad you are feeling stable @Blueberrybook - I am so thankful for the stability too, this time two years ago I was deep in that manic horrible episode. But not this year!!

I have to say, even though I couldn't be with my guy last night, the dinosaur-loving young boy in him got me all the cool DINO stuff for my Jurassic Park night!! I loved it so much!! He got me Dino cookies, a cute nostalgic dino shirt, Dino Mad Libs, and the cutest Dino purse! And it wasn't just a generic dino shirt, he got me a Land Before Time shirt to wear! So many people complimented me on Littlefoot and Ducky! That movie had my heart so much, I had a hotel room in Raleigh last night for the big Jurassic Park night event - they had fossils, paleontologists, scientists, trivia games, food and tons of fun!! I went on a dinosaur dig and found a little dinosaur and gem!

I got to see it the original 1993 Jurassic Park film on the big screen with all my sci-fi geeks group friends, I even inspired my friend to get dressed up as Dr. Gtant! He even won a prize! It was an amazing night. I learned that most of the USA's fossils come from New Jersey, and that scientists today are learning about proteins and minerals from bones and teeth fossils, just like they do in CSI! And that Michael Cricton who wrote the book actually had geneticists help him when writing all the science parts, and they were actually in the movie as real Jurassic Park scientists! Lots of cool stuff.

Anyway, had a great night last night, and even though I was supposed to stay for a conference in Raleigh this morning, I just came home, unpacked and am resting for tomorrow.

Decided to spend the night at my moms. Don’t feel okay enough to drive back. Can’t sleep though. Might take a double dose of Gabapentin.

I was bored at my mom in laws place. Landed up staying 1.5 hours for lunch. She made tiny dumplings. I was so hungry when I got home I had roasted chicken. Sorry but the dumplings really were tiny and I only had 3. They didn’t full me up at all!
