Since we have this weird new security feature I am unable to give hugs. When I click on a heart I get gibberish message. Is it just me

I just got this a few minutes ago. The hug button disappeared but the hug didn’t show up. I refreshed the page and got a window with a long list of what I describe as computer or mathematical codes. It wouldn’t let me select it to copy and paste here.
Seems waiting awhile after closing the window worked. ——— Sent from my iPhone 📱
