I feel like I have no control over my life these days, and I hate feeling like that. Especially since I know it’s really not true. I need to start working out. I need to lose weight. I need to clean my condo because it’s an absolute mess. I need to finish my website for my jewelry business. I feel like I’m a void these days. Work has been dragging me down in a big way recently. Monday was a fiasco— I ate breakfast at 7am, then work was so grueling and demanding that come closing time, I was starving. No lunch because when I eat lunch, I experience a major post-lunch energy crash, which scares me. Breathing even becomes harder. So what do I do on Monday evening? I buy a ****ing stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from King Soopers and eat the WHOLE DAMN THING. Disgusting. I need to get my life together. I just feel paralyzed.

Baby steps forward. One step at a time, one day at a time, one hour at a time. Choose one small task today and do it. Then rest. Then later when you're ready, take another baby step and do another small task. Small tasks first, bigger tasks second. That's always what's helped me when I feel paralyzed. Hope it helps and I hope you feel better soon.
