On 23 February it will be 6 months since
Possible trigger:
my mum is in care home full time with late stages of dementia me and my sister go in there once a week but she doesn’t recognise us don’t talk and stare in thin space our family aunties uncles and cousins don’t bother with us don’t check if ok even never bother got in touch when dad died to say for your loss my sister look after me but find hard to talk to like hard get close to her sometimes I feel I havnt got no one to talk to or even text anymore just talk about anything like what tv program you watch lately or hobbies I wish my dad was alive he was one who get me out of depression

Oh no @Lightningmike so sorry for the loss of your dad. that must still be something that hurts.

Welcome to MSF. Glad you joined.

Mother sounds like she is not interacting so that is another loss. How are you getting through the days and doing what needs to be done?

Thank you @CANDC I go to coffee morning on Thursdays and when my sister go to pub some nights she take me with her so I’m not stuck home on my own most days I just watch tv sometimes I wish I could message someone even it’s about anything
