It’s going to be a long night. I can’t get out of my head. Having a melt down from a work issue.

Oh no @hidesad -that sounds rough. How are you coping?

What could you possibly do to comfort yourself?

Thank you so much for replying. It means a lot! Did not sleep much last night. Woke up this morning got ready for work and just decided I was going to fake it. Put out positive vibes be friendly with people and feed off the energy. All the while I’m torn up inside and anxiety running wild.

I hope you'll have a better rest tonight. Workplace stress is the worst. I commend you trying to have a positive attitude.

I'm diagnosed with depression. I'll take depression over anxiety any day. Have you been at this workplace for long? Sometimes, things get better with time. Of course, sometimes they don't. It's demoralizing to go into a job feeling you are not valued. I've been there.
Thanks for this!

Thank you so much for following up, it was a rough couple days but starting to get back on track. Been at the same workplace for years, not really a company issue more of a situation which occurs when you work with different personalities.

Thank you. My anxiety sometimes can really take over sometimes and dominate me. This has been as intense as I have experienced in a long time.
