Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been carrying a lot of pain from betrayal in my marriage for many years, and it’s left me feeling deeply hurt, isolated, and exhausted. I don’t have many people in my life I can trust, and I’ve struggled with loneliness and trauma as a result. I’m here because I want to find a place where I can be seen, understood, and maybe hear from others who have gone through something similar. Even just reading what you share might help me feel less alone.

Hello @Fah24523 - I am sorry that things have been so hard in your marriage. If it is any consolation, I hit rock bottom at 41, so yes it is possible. But since then, my life has changed so much for the better, including ending my own marriage which was extremely chaotic and abusive.

There is a hope though. This is a wonderful place to share your feelings and thoughts and get support. I hope to see you around here!
