It makes total sense that you feel tired of fighting. When life hits you all at once like this, it is completely valid to feel overwhelmed and drained.

I hope you are able to replace your TV soon.

Sending you a lot of comfort and hoping for a break in the storm for you very soon.
Sadly, this seems to happen to me a LOT. Even going to the watch repair place wasted my time, as it had a note "Back in 10 minutes" but I don't know what time that was put on there. I waited 10 minutes and had to leave. Now I have to go back.

The volunteer who is supposed to be here for the computer room at the senior center never showed. And he doesn't have the courtesy to call or email the front desk and say he won't be in.

I ought to get a new TV by the beginning of next week. My MediCaid goes into effect today, after fighting tooth and nail to get back in.

I'm still unusually tired. It's making me depressed. Or maybe vice versa.

I am unusually tired as well. Yesterday I fell asleep for hours after I had been out on a walk. Then I slept well during the whole night and felt that it was difficult to stay awake during breakfast. A cup of coffe helped a little bit, but I had to lay down at the sofa for more rest.

I feel frustrated! (My stomack is not well either)

I will now make a healthy soup and maybe renting a film while eating it. I need something else to think about.

The soup calmed my stomac, but the tiredness is still there.

Worked the stat yesterday, got paid 15 hours for 8 hours work, plus the stat pay so it's like 23 hours in one day. I do that occasionally, and I'll be doing it more in the future so as to save and invest for retirement. I'm still hoping to finish the novel by the end of the year.

@Singer2 whenever I see your member name, which I like, it reminds me both of a singer and the sewing machine brand.

Do you sing? Or sew?

He, he, I have inherited my father's bad talent for singing, but practiced a lot, so I can sing when there is a gathering where we enjoy ourselves by singing.

I chose the name because I liked to sew when I was younger. I have sewn my own cloths and friends have admired them. For now I am doing little of that, but the name, Singer, lingers with me. It makes me feel active, he he, the opposite of being depressed. Somtheing to aspire into ...

I am pensioned, so may be there is not so much to aspire to, but I want to keep the young feeling as long as possible ...

I made some of my own clothes when I was a teenager, but I haven't done that since then. Too much work, lol.

And I could never carry a tune.

Yes, it is a lot of work, but I liked it. Nowadays I feel too tired to start up again and to buy material is not cheap. But I liked the sewing, so maybe I will take the practice up again one day if I can afford it. To be pensioned means that there are less money to live for, but that is OK for the time being. I manage.
