The past few weeks, I've noticed that I"m slipping into a depression episode. This really frustrates me as I'd been depression free for a couple of years and had really hoped that it was all in my past. It's also making it extremely difficult at school as I can concentrate on or even really care about assignments.

I've made an emergency appointment with my psychiatrist for next week to talk about possibly adjusting my meds..
