I haven’t been thinking of food so the time seems to be getting away from me lately. Instead of being ravenous I’m just doing laundry and listening to music. It’s weird. It’s the middle of the afternoon and I am just content doing nothing

Does this happen to anyone else?

This is happening to me. I am taking Zepbound. I am on vacation right now but wonder what will happen when I go back to work. It feels generally like I am having trouble keeping all thoughts in my head.

I am one of those very A type personalities that is on top of everything. Makes me wonder if that is a reason for my obesity. While people who are more "spaced" also "space" on thoughts of food.
