My grandma used to visit me regularly in my sleep. I had other people visit me too. After my dog died in 2015 I could feel him sitting on my bed a few hours after he died.
I swear I am not losing my marbles. I also have history of REM sleep episodes so it could have been that

I dream about people who have died sometimes...me mum usually but a spook appearing during consciousness? If I ever did I'd be a babbling idiot seeking refuge in some remote monastery as soon as I changed my underpants. Or wondering if I suddenly stepped up a notch in the mental illness department.

I've never actually seen one, but I have felt the presence of several throughout my life.
I've also had dreams and premonitions that have come true several times throughout my life... I believe that ghosts, extrasensory perception, psychic abilities, paranormal activity, etc. are very real. I also believe that we are not alone in this great big old universe...

I predicted Covid. I was sitting in my bed in December 2019 and I got a sudden very bad feeling that something bad was about to happen and Christmas 2019 would be the last peaceful one in awhile. I remember telling my mom and she got all freaked out and said “you’re scaring me.” Now people don’t really like it when I tell them because they get spooked.
