I’m not feeling 100% probably too much water. I took my BP and it was 100/56. I don’t feel dizzy or lightheaded. Just headachy and a bit tired

How can I raise my BP? I took 200mg of visteril but it was prescribed and over a course of 12 hours. My blood pressure is still out of whack but it is getting better. Yesterday it was 142/96 and my pulse was 139. Most of the time it’s around 114-128 and 80-95 or something

Should I be worried? I got sick twice too

I also blew a bunch of stuff out of my nose this morning. So it’s possible I’m getting something

Now an hour later it’s 106/62. I just feel a bit lightheaded but I’m lying down so I’m not in danger of falling or something.

That’s actually in the range of a normal (for most people) bp
