I’ve been hearing these horror stories on Quora about doctors talking about patients while they are under anesthesia and it has me freaked out. I’m kind of worried I’ll need knee surgery and I don’t want to go through that again.

Basically your body is a piece of meat when you have surgery and sometimes you can wake up during it and they won’t even notice.

I as sure if you wake up in the middle of your surgery, they’ll notice. There are monitors and anesthesiologists etc

Yes they talk. I sure hope they do. They have to cooperate and collaborate with each other about the procedure.
