like if you lost over 70ml of blood in 6 hours and you're dizzy, shaking, and short of breath, and constantly nauseous, passed out--but only once a few days ago-- and can't really eat meals?

Get help as soon as you can/ ER could stabilize you while you call your gynecologist. Give a list of your meds including supplements. Hope you feel better.

Yes I’m sure they can do something, I know someone who got a blood transfusion once because of severe menstrual blood loss. How are you doing today?

I started taking ibuprofen every 4-6 hours which can help with the cramps and I guess can even reduce bleeding by up to 50% and, yeah, that's helped. I took a few doses of iron while visiting a friend (she's consistently iron-deficiency anemic so takes an OTC supplement) and have been loading up on water (a few times a day with an electrolyte tablet added). I normally eat a vegetarian diet, but just to keep up, I got some chicken thighs I'm gonna figure out something to make with today. I love Raisin Bran too (good source of iron) and they had a really good sale/coupon going on down at Shaw's and I snagged a family size box for $3.

But I'm feeling a lot better today, yeah. Not really prepped for going back to climbing a couple mountains, driving back, then doing some trail riding for a few hours before dinner on my bike again, or putting in the hard strength training days I was doing at the gym, but I had no problem walking down and back getting my meds (that was really hard yesterday, and it's not even a mile one way), and I think the couple loads of laundry I'm doing today won't be an issue. Might even go for a walk or bike ride this afternoon.
