I picked my fingers something awful last night. It felt amazing in the moment, not so amazing now though.

@FloatThruThis I’m sorry. Dry nail beds are so painful. Hopefully they heal quickly. It’s not easy to leave skin alone when something isn’t quite right.

I want to be especially mindful of this today as my wounds are scabbed over and that is a picking trigger.
