um, i'm not sure what to write or say....
. i went thru a traumatic situation/experience earlier this week. it was something 'new to me', as i am aware of what ptsd is from other events. i don't want to think about it. i badly want to just forget it. all i want to do is just sleep. i haven't told anyone yet. i know i'm not 'okay'. honestly, the image now burned in my brain is not something i can un-see! i'm just trying to get thru each day. beyond that, idk |
