Every now and then I get to a place where I'm like I'm OK now...And then something triggers me and I just end up spiraling. And that's kinda where I'm at now. Everything has been triggering lately, and I just keep thinking one day it wont matter anymore, one day it wont trigger me, one day I'll be able to hear his name and not fall apart. But that day seems so far away. It's been almost 10 years I just feel like I should be over it by now, whatever over it looks like.
