I met with her on Thursday and I told her twice I needed it. Then I messaged her yesterday and said I would be out by today and could she please send in a refill. And she hasn’t answered. I have one and like 2/3 of another one left. I have a lot of visteril.
I just don’t get why doctors have to be an *** about benzos now. I am lowering it but slowly. What should I do?

If you really need it, go there in person on Monday and ask for a refill, I don’t think you can do anything on the weekend. I mean if you are in a bad shape, then there’s always ER.
But you could try to find distraction and perhaps manage without Valium. Put some music one and clean the kitchen. I only say it because I need to clean the kitchen I think maybe doctors are being this way because benzos are highly addictive and cause massive problems if used for years. You could also ask your t for emergency session |

I forgot to take a full one so I took more like 4mg maybe. But I have 6mg or something for tomorrow. Then I have my visteril too.
I need to clean my room badly. I just haven’t had the energy.

I still have 1/2 of one and my visteril. I feel fine I just hope she doesn’t get upset at me for her mistake. Maybe I should message her again
