Has anyone received the Uzedy injectable? It's just risperidone. A doctor told me the shot is more effective because it bypasses the liver. He said it produces less side effects. What do you think?

If you have taken oral risperidone and now how you react to it, it is one thing. If you haven't taken it via the oral route, I would start experimenting with the injectable version because if you react really badly, you wouldn't be able to easily discontinue the drug.

The same logic applies to other depot injectables.
