I’ve been thinking of finding a new pdoc for awhile. I asked my therapist yesterday and she said “I can give you the name of mine.” So I set up an appointment and then I told my therapist and she said “great. We can talk about going over some stuff so I can talk to her so you can get the best treatment.”

I guess this is good but it’s kinda confusing. I’m going to my therapists psychiatrist and then they will discuss me but the pdoc will also know my T is a patient of hers. Lol.

I guess I’m just not used to therapists like mine being so open.
