How do you deal with the possibility of coming across a professional colleague or recipient of your services in group therapy? I've never gotten a good answer to this question but it haunts me as I consider group sessions.

You probably will be asked to not identify how you know him. I would talk to the therapist on how to deal with it.

What line of business are you in? how big of a city do you live in? What are the odds of running into someone you know?

Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects)

Long-term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued:
- Hypothyroidism
- Obesity
