How old are you? Are you frustrated over your skills? Do you feel uncomfortable around people?
I've had major problems with this since a teen but getting better.

Read, research it, and find answers online. Use ChatGPT. Learn by practicing. Strong communication is a skill to be developed... it's not automatic. Many people struggle with it, so you're not alone. Is my two cents!
