We had a foot of snow and I asked my landlord if the parking lot was going to be plowed and he said snow removal isn't in the budget and cared less. People piss me off sometimes! I have appointments to go to and no food. So I got a taxi and bought a shovel and my nerves were acting up. I don't want to deal with these kinds of people!

Can you check what is written in the lease about snow removal, if anything?

Snow removal and salting are in my lease. If it isn't in there, it doesn't exist.
Thanks for this!

Bet the owner would love if someone slipped and sued him and his insurance company?
Thanks for this!
