I was thinking about my twelve years in Psych Central and MSF and what has changed. I came here in 2014 and was mainly self oriented although I wanted to support others but I really could not find ways that were effective. MSF (formerly PsychCentral) gave me that opportunity.

I still take care of myself but I care more for others than I used to. I am more content this way. Something that was missing before is resolved. I wanted others to be kinder to me. Instead I found that by being kind to others, or at least not harming them, I feel kindness more than I did. Rather than trying to get something from others, I got it by giving it.

This is how part of my spiritual journey has gone. How is your spiritual journey going?
