I'm not sure I can feel any benefits yet but I am walking. I'm up to two blocks now which doesn't sound like much but my neighborhood has big blocks. It takes me about 20 minutes. My legs still get tired at about the 1/4 mark but maybe in a few more months it will get better
I don't think I'll keep a log here. I have my own html log.
