Life as a towing yard, beef and pork farm owner has been great. Been thriving ever since. The towing yard, started with a grandfather of mine that started and then dad got into it. My twin brother and I got into it by dad teaching us at age 15. I went into the mechanical side including my twin brother. Included learning the business Then at 18, my twin brother and I went to Marines boot camp doing our time there. While on leave we were there working there. Dad saw we learned very well. It was after I fully recovered from an amputation of my right leg and learning to walk wearing a prosthetic leg getting out of the Marines was into that big time including my twin brother whom has nerve damage in his right arm as a disability. He was in a hummer, it rolled over after running over a roadside bomb right on his right arm getting nerve damage. Then it changed 4 years ago after dad died, he was hit by a drunk driver killed instantly. Luckily he put us as owners before he passed. The beef and pig farms, the beef farm has been in my grandfather on my mom's side of the family for a long time. Was started by a great great great Uncle of mine. I did learn this after I got out of the military taking over 13 years ago. The farmhouse is my house. The pork farm I bought in November, I knew the owner whom was going to retire and he knew I would be the one. He would recommend me to someone if they wanted beef and I would send anyone to him for the pork. Plus we use the same butcher.
